Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the potential for substantial earnings as you build your own portfolio of payment processing clients.

You’ll educate business owners, close deals, and receive weekly activation bonuses along with monthly residuals. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing experience would be a big plus.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
