Job summary

ezyCollect by Sidetrade is seeking a Payments Operations professional to own merchant onboarding, risk assessment and daily payment processing from Manila, working Australian business hours.

You will monitor transactions, prevent fraud, manage disputes and chargebacks, provide first-line payment support, and reconcile, all while maintaining compliant records and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, online payments, customer success, administration or finance.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end payments ecosystem and risk management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with international clients.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills; adaptable to change.
• Multitasking with sound judgment under pressure and handling confidential data.
• High computer literacy across a range of software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own merchant onboarding and risk assessment end-to-end.
• Monitor transactions for fraud and manage alerts and queues.
• Manage disputes and chargebacks lifecycle end-to-end.
• Provide first-line payment support for tickets and refunds.
• Perform daily reconciliation and produce operational reporting.
• Maintain compliant, audit-ready records and support AML/CTF.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement of processes.
