Job summary

Phoenix is seeking a skilled Payments Risk Specialist to own and scale risk management across a growing portfolio of live merchants in the United States. You will monitor transaction activity, identify emerging risks, and drive investigations from signal to resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with Payments leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help enhance risk monitoring, mitigation strategies, and processes to protect the business and merchants.
