Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operations of Payrailz solutions.

You will act as a liaison across Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Operations to ensure projects are correctly established and move efficiently from contract execution through revenue recognition. You will review agreements, coordinate onboarding activities, maintain data integrity across CRM and systems, and support billing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months experience in a financial institution, fintech or technical support setting.
• Foundational knowledge in developing reports, documenting processes, or executing projects/events.
• Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and sales agreements for accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support project transitions from contract to implementation.
• Maintain and validate customer, product, and implementation data across systems for data integrity.
• Partner with Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Product teams to resolve issues and support project execution.
• Manage project records, implementation pipelines, and backlogs for accurate status tracking.
• Support billing readiness, milestone validation, and related operational processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and metrics to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Manage customer requests within established SLAs.
