Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operations of Payrailz solutions.

You will act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Operations to ensure projects are established correctly and revenue recognition proceeds smoothly. Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience working in a financial institution, fintech or within a technical support setting.
• Foundational knowledge or experience in relevant areas (e.g., researching and writing reports, documenting processes, project, or event execution).
• Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and sales agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and implementation readiness.
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities and support the successful transition of projects from contract execution through implementation.
• Maintain and validate customer, product, and implementation data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Product teams to resolve issues and support project execution.
• Manage project records, implementation pipelines, and operational backlogs to ensure accurate status tracking and timely completion of work.
• Support billing readiness, milestone validation, and operational processes related to customer implementations.
• Develop and maintain reports, operational metrics, and documentation to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and create a consistent experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage operational cases and customer requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

The Operations Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the successful onboarding, implementation, and operational management of Payrailz solutions. You'll serve as a key liaison between Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Operations teams, ensuring customer projects are accurately established, operational requirements are met, and implementations move efficiently from contract execution through revenue recognition.

Your work will include reviewing customer agreements, validating information across multiple internal systems, coordinating project onboarding activities, maintaining CRM and operational data integrity, supporting billing readiness, and helping drive operational efficiency initiatives. If you're passionate about process improvement, problem solving, and cross functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $48,350- $66,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.
