Job summary

Xplor Pay is hiring for a Direct Sales role that is fully remote anywhere in the U.S. You’ll sell payment processing solutions, educate business owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Enjoy flexibility, mentorship, and a path to six-figure earnings with uncapped commissions. This commission-only model includes a portfolio ownership component, with health benefits and a 401K availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts to business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to source leads independently with a hunter mindset.
• Align with company values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
