You will manage a personal sales pipeline, recruit collaborators, close deals, and move opportunities through underwriting with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in payments or financial services.
• Established network of merchants, ISO agents, or ISV partners.
• 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to generate and close quotas.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely with self-management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new merchant business through direct sales and relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop ISO and ISV partners.
• Manage sales pipeline through application, sales, and underwriting.
• Prepare contracts and applications per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
• Attend conferences and industry events as needed.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.
• Move deals toward monthly production goals.
