Job summary

LILT is seeking two Payment Support Coordinators for a short-term contract to manage the linguist payment queue, triage issues, and restore a reliable payment experience for our global network. You will work with Jira, Salesforce, and payment processors to resolve discrepancies promptly.

Ideal candidates have payments or finance operations experience, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, finance operations, or customer/vendor support.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems (Jira, Salesforce)
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication, handling complex payment disputes
• Able to work independently, manage high-volume queue, escalate when needed
• Experience with Tipalti or international payment platforms is a strong plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus for global linguists

Responsibilities

• Triaging and responding to payment support tickets in Jira, prioritising by urgency.
• Investigating payment failures, discrepancies, and delays across the platform and third-party processors.
• Resolving issues such as profile corrections, 2FA resets, banking detail mismatches, and offline payments.
• Communicating clearly with linguists to gather information and provide updates.
• Escalating platform breakages and rate discrepancies to internal teams.
• Maintaining ticket notes and contributing to weekly queue/SLA reporting
