The ideal candidate has 3+ years in business finance, a relevant BA/BS, and proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with NetSuite for invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance department support with administrative duties.
• Answer the Finance inbox and act as initial contact for inquiries.
• Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and payable tasks.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Aid in investigating AP/AR discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, documents, and reports.
• Reconcile transactions through cross-referencing data.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including reports and dashboards.
• Responsible for monthly AR and AP tracking and processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
