Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent with two years of college coursework.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of department staff and provide employees with daily feedback on quality and quantity of work.
• Perform monthly one-on-one meetings with each staff member to review performance and progress on projects.
• Prepare and present annual performance evaluations for each staff member.
• Coordinate training of new staff with UW trainer and department coordinators.
• Work closely with the Cash Reconciliation Coordinator to resolve payment posting discrepancies; act as backup when needed.
• Maintain department policies and procedures and seek workflow improvements for efficiency.
• Support staff training and quality assurance efforts and ensure timely staff training.
