Job summary

Growe is seeking a billing/payments manager to oversee online payments operations within the iGaming space, ensuring accurate processing and smooth provider integrations.

You will monitor methods, analyze acceptance rates, manage balances for withdrawals and top-ups, review contingency plans, and partner with BI to drive data-driven improvements across reporting and cash flows.

2+ years in a related online payments role, strong numerical skills, and excellent English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing/payments or similar online payments roles.
• Strong numerical ability and financial data handling.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication when dealing with partners or customers.
• Experience with payment systems and online funnels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payment methods performance and escalate issues to providers.
• Analyze acceptance rates and decide which methods to enable/disable.
• Ensure sufficient balance across methods for withdrawals and top-ups.
• Review backup and contingency plans for payments.
• Create monitoring guidelines for operations teams.
• Report payments activity to Head of Operations daily/weekly.
• Assist with integrating new payment providers.
• Suggest product and flow improvements to payments forms.
• Handle requests from customer support.
• Test new payment method integrations.
• Partner with BI to improve data-driven reporting and metrics.
