Raisin, the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products, seeks a Payment Operations Analyst to ensure accurate, timely payment processing across deposit products. You will work with engineering and product teams to address issues, monitor for fraud, and drive efficiency improvements.

With a focus on data-driven decisions, you’ll analyze processes, automate where possible, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, services, regulations, and compliance.
• 2+ years of experience in operations analysis or similar fintech role.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Excel, Looker, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily payment processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness across deposit products.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Monitor for fraudulent or suspicious activity and escalate as needed.
• Analyze processes to identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities.
• Document operational processes and maintain procedures.
