Job summary

Growe is seeking a full-time Payment Operations Manager to monitor payment methods, analyze acceptance rates, manage available balances, and report on payment activities while working remotely.

You will monitor methods, elevate issues, ensure sufficient balances for withdrawals and top-ups, and assist in integrating new providers. Required: 2+ years in online payments, advanced Excel, and English communication with foreign customers or partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in billing/payments management or similar role in online payments.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of online payments integrations and transactional systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English; experience communicating with foreign customers/partners.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payment methods, elevate issues, and analyze acceptance rates to guide processing decisions.
• Ensure balances for withdrawals and top-ups; analyze cost structures of payment methods.
