Job summary

Virtix Health LLC is seeking a Manager, Payer Strategy & Success. This remote role partners with clients to drive adoption, renewals, and advocacy across the portfolio, ensuring Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement objectives are met.

The position requires collaboration with client stakeholders and adherence to HIPAA and company policies. The role emphasizes building senior-level relationships, leading strategic account plans, and guiding adoption initiatives to maximize outcomes for health

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience with 3 years in customer relationship/account management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication skills for product, service delivery, and client discussions.
• Experience managing customers with renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Understanding of healthcare IT solutions and analytics.
• Ability to capture, manage, and resolve questions and issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion for each customer.
• Lead regular meetings including quarterly business reviews to show value delivered.
• Drive adoption to increase utilization of Virtix Health products and services.
• Identify risks to customer goals and influence outcomes.
• Manage renewals and growth opportunities with assigned customers.
• Build senior-level relationships with customer leadership and decision makers.
