Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare payer operations and/or technology experience in at least one payer domain (claims, enrollment/eligibility, billing, provider)
• 5+ years of external client-facing consulting experience
• 5+ years leading multiple consulting engagements or workstreams
• 3+ years creating process flow diagrams
• 3+ years on an agile project as Product Owner or similar role
• 2+ years working with core administration systems (e.g., Facets, QNXT, HealthRules Payer, Tapestry)
• Ability to create consulting deliverables independently
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects, programs, and workstreams related to payer systems and applications
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and partner with technology teams
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and outcomes
• Advise clients on operations, processes, and technology decisions that drive transformation
• Develop and manage engagement plans, governance materials, and delivery tools
• Plan and facilitate client meetings and workshops
