Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Experience serving health plans or payers preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead workstreams and manage teams.
• Excellent communication with senior clients.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer strategy and operating engagements from planning to delivery.
• Structure complex problems and translate findings into recommendations.
• Advise clients on payer priorities, growth, and cost management.
• Develop business cases, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Oversee executive presentations and deliverables with rigor.
• Manage scope, staffing, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Build trusted client relationships and drive alignment.
• Coordinate across business, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Coach consultants and foster high-performing teams.
• Support proposals, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.
