Job summary

Virtix Health is seeking a Manager, Payer Strategy & Success to ensure customers achieve Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement goals using Virtix Health’s products. You will partner with clients to drive adoption, renewals, expansion and advocacy across your portfolio.

This is a remote position. Ideal candidates have strong relationship management experience in healthcare IT analytics, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, 3 years of customer relationship/account management experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients regarding product and service delivery.
• Proven track record of managing customers with renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Ability to understand healthcare IT analytics and solutions.
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to capture and convey client needs to internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive strategic account plan showing current state, target future state with timeline and underlying plan to drive adoption and renewals.
• Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews and executive reviews, communicating value delivered by products and services.
• Execute adoption plans to increase utilization and engagement of Virtix Health’s products and services.
• Identify risks to customer goals and influence outcomes across internal and external teams.
• Manage renewals and growth opportunities with each customer, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build senior-level relationships with customer leadership and decision makers.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand goals and provide guidance to achieve outcomes.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge regarding all Virtix Health products and delivery processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.
• Fulfill responsibilities to achieve operational and financial success.
