United BioSource is seeking a Payer Procedures and Communications Specialist for a remote, home-based position in the United States. You will manage payer information systems, collect and validate payer data, and liaise with cross-functional teams to implement payer policy updates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare reimbursement, strong MS Office skills, and experience supporting audits and provider communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience in healthcare reimbursement or payer operations.
• Payer experience in healthcare reimbursement, PBM, or hospital settings preferred.
• 3+ years of MS Office experience (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain Payer Information Management System databases and records.
• Coordinate with hub, market access, and analytics teams on payer policies.
• Load payer notices and updates to databases and communicate changes.
• Support audit requests by gathering documentation and presenting findings.
• Educate staff on payer processes and best practices.
