UBC is seeking a Payer Procedures and Communications Specialist to maintain critical payer files and support audit requests from a home-based position in the United States. You will liaison with cross-functional teams to implement payer policy changes and ensure accuracy of insurance databases.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years of healthcare reimbursement experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail while delivering clear

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience required.
• Payer experience with a specific background in healthcare reimbursement, PBM, or hospital setting strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of MS Office experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Payer Information Management System database files.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on payer policies and processes.
• Update payer files and communicate changes to staff.
• Load payer notices into the database and monitor updates.
• Assist audit team with documentation for audits.
• Educate staff on payer policies and procedures.
