Qualifications

• 3+ years in Government and Commercial Payor Contracting, incl. negotiations and renewals.
• Experience interpreting hospital contract language.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract discussions with leadership and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate reimbursement rates, fee schedules, participation terms.
• Develop strong relationships with payer contacts, leadership, and credentialing team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the contracting process to drive agreements to completion.
• Track contracting activity, renewals, outstanding terms, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contract records.
