Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payer care contracting experience on behalf of providers.
• Ability to quickly assess and communicate a provider's value from a payer perspective.
• Proficiency in contracting analytics and using reimbursement data to inform decisions.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tribunus' client engagements, oversee payer prioritization and strategy, and manage outreach and contract language negotiations.
• Analyze client contracts, historical reimbursement rates, and language to develop contracting strategies.
• Identify payer targets and gather contact information to facilitate negotiations and counterproposals.
• Position clients effectively within their specialty and local market conditions to maximize negotiation outcomes.
• Prepare executive summaries and contract summaries to operationalize agreements with clients.
