Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in payer-related roles with 3 years in net revenue reimbursement modeling and financial analysis.
• Hospital contract modeling experience and professional fee schedule modeling required.
• Proficiency in contracting analytics using reimbursement data to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate contract language into expected reimbursement and build flexible models.
• Serve as expert resource on hospital and professional reimbursement methodologies.
• Lead relationships with data vendors and disseminate updates and functionality improvements.
• Analyze contracts and historical reimbursements to inform strategy and shape proposals.
• Validate payer rate loads and perform root-cause analysis of variances.
• Monitor payer policy updates and quantify impact of contract implications.
• Support ad-hoc projects and update internal tracking systems.
