• 3+ years of Government and Commercial Payor Contracting experience.
• Experience negotiating reimbursement rates, fee schedules, and provider participation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Behavioral Health contracting experience a plus.

About the Role

The Payer Contract Specialist is responsible for leading contract discussions and negotiations with leadership and key stakeholders. This role will focus on negotiating reimbursement rates, fee schedules, participation terms, and contract requirements, while developing strong relationships with payer contacts, leadership, and the credentialing team. You will maintain accurate documentation and contract records, track contracting activity, and support the organization's growth by identifying opportunities and closing agreements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
