Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or related field.
• 3+ years of health-care financial analysis and data modeling experience.
• Experience with multi-facility health systems or large academic medical centers desirable.
• Knowledge of hospital/physician reimbursement methodologies incl. FFS and value-based care.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Tableau desirable.

Responsibilities

• Model and analyze current, proposed, and final contract pricing for hospitals, physicians, and ambulatory providers to determine revenue impacts.
• Develop robust financial analytics to inform operational decisions and revenue optimization.
• Maintain contract management data and audit rate calculations against terms.
• Educate stakeholders on reimbursement terms and impacts within the organization.
• Support strategic pricing and market comparisons; prepare materials for committees and leadership.
