Job summary

Tribunus Health is seeking a Payer Contract Analyst to provide analytical expertise across hospital and professional reimbursement. You will model scenarios, harness reimbursement data, and support contract negotiations, monitoring performance and trends for multiple Tribunus accounts.

Required experience includes hospital contract modeling and 3+ years in net revenue reimbursement. Location is flexible with remote options and regional hubs, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in payer-related roles with 3+ years in net revenue reimbursement modeling, financial analysis, and performance computation.
• Hospital contract modeling experience required; professional fee schedule modeling also required.
• Strong contracting analytics with ability to harness reimbursement data for decisions.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with contract modeling tools and data extraction from online databases.

Responsibilities

• Translate contract language into expected reimbursement and build flexible models for scenario development.
• Serve as expert resource and trainer for hospital and professional reimbursement methodologies and fee schedule analysis.
• Lead relationships with data vendors (price transparency, claim utilization) and disseminate updates.
• Analyze contracts and historical reimbursements to inform strategy and shape contract proposals.
• Validate payer rate loads in client engagements and perform root-cause analysis of variances.
• Monitor payer policy updates and quantify potential impacts on contracts.
• Assist leadership on ad-hoc projects and update internal tracking systems.
