Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 3+ years of healthcare reimbursement analysis experience (masters may substitute).
• Ability to perform financial modeling and reimbursement analysis with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designs and validates managed care payer models and analyzes payer reimbursement feasibility.
• Performs moderately complex financial analyses to support payer outcomes.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve reimbursement objectives.
