Job summary

Aon is seeking a Manager– Pay Equity Consulting - Virtual to lead pay equity engagements for global clients. You will supervise studies, craft data-driven narratives, and help clients align compensation with policy and law.

In this role, you will source new business, develop proposals, manage senior-level client relationships, and collaborate with our data scientists to deliver rigorous, actionable insights across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment governing employment discrimination and quantitative analyses.
• 6+ years in a consulting or client-serving role.
• Proven ability to sell professional services.
• Experience with econometric modeling using Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Grow pay equity testing business by sourcing leads and generating revenue.
• Stay abreast of pay equity laws and regulatory changes.
• Lead client outreach, develop proposals, and close sales.
• Advise clients on pay practices to reduce disparities.
• Supervise pay equity studies conducted by data scientists.
• Communicate study results to client leadership and stakeholders.
