Job summary

Aon is seeking a Director, Compensation Data Solutions to lead client engagements from data collection to actionable recommendations. You will expand relationships with Retail, Manufacturing, and Healthcare clients, delivering benchmarking and market intelligence through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in compensation consulting, total rewards, workforce analytics, human capital consulting, or related advisory services.
Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships that drive growth.
Experience leading custom benchmarking, market pricing, compensation survey, and workforce analytics engagements.
Strong understanding of compensation strategy, benchmarking methodologies, job architecture, market pricing, and rewards program design.
Hands-on experience reviewing, cleaning, validating, and interpreting compensation and organizational data.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with executive presence.

Responsibilities

Grow client relationships across Retail & Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Healthcare sectors.
Lead custom benchmarking, data management, and market intelligence engagements.
Deliver data-driven recommendations and expand solutions portfolio.
Collaborate with consulting and sales teams to develop proposals and presentations.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development.
