Job summary

ClearChoice is seeking a Support Representative for the Care Connection Team—Multiple Locations. This fully remote role supports prospective patients in scheduling consultations and guiding them through online processes.

You will engage via inbound calls, articulate solutions, and help patients reclaim their health and confidence. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, 1+ year in consultative sales, and strong empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ year of consultative sales experience.
• Experience in dental, healthcare, or fields requiring a high level of empathy is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients with questions or appointments.
• Spend majority of time on inbound calls from prospective patients needing support.
• Make outbound calls to existing leads interested in services.
• Assist with scheduling free consultations and preparing patients for visits.
• Explain services clearly and navigate online paperwork and appointments.
