Valeris is seeking a Patient Support Nurse to guide patients through their therapy journey via telephonic coordination. The role blends clinical education, care coordination, and psychosocial support in a fully remote/telephonic setup.

Applicants should hold an RN license with 4+ years of nursing experience, and be comfortable navigating insurance coverage and reimbursement challenges in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• AD or BSN with RN license in one or more states.
• Four or more years of nursing experience; telephonic experience a plus.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement processes a plus.
• Clear communication skills, written tests may be requested.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with a digital CRM is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers and health care providers via telephonic interactions.
• Counsel patients on product use, dosing, device use, and insurance coverage challenges.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM and coordinate with health care providers.
• Escalate complex cases per program policy and assist with program resources.
