Valeris is seeking a Patient Support Nurse in the Indianapolis area to guide patients through enrollment and ongoing treatment within a comprehensive life sciences program. You will serve as a trusted resource, educating patients about their therapies, managing administration details, and addressing barriers to adherence.

The role requires an active RN license with 2–3 years of nursing experience, and preferred experience in triage/case management.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in current state of practice.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Nurseline triage, call center utilization management, or case management is a plus.
• Case management or clinical trial nurse experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services.
• Educate patients about treatments, benefits, side effects, and administration.
• Provide information on prescribed therapy, dosing, and treatment course.
• Coordinate with insurance payers to determine coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs.
