Valeris is seeking a Patient Support Nurse to engage program patients from enrollment through treatment, helping them navigate barriers to therapy and ensuring an optimal patient experience.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license and 2–3 years of nursing experience, with emphasis on patient education and coordinating with payers. Remote work eligibility is considered based on business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN licensure in the current state of practice.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience; disease state experience preferred.
• Nurseline triage and call center experience a plus.
• Case management or clinical trial nursing experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services and identify barriers to therapy.
• Educate patients on prescribed therapy, benefits, risks, and administration.
• Coordinate with insurance payer to determine coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
• Support patients in managing stress related to diagnosis and treatment.
• Triaging patients to additional support services as needed.
• Report adverse events per SOP and company practices.
