Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years in healthcare administrative, patient support, medical office, care coordination, or related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience handling administrative and clerical responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients via outbound outreach (phone, text, email) to schedule appointments.
• Educate patients on referral processes, next steps, and available resources.
• Provide compassionate, culturally responsive support to improve engagement and reduce no-shows.
• Act as a patient advocate to identify and resolve barriers to care.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate status with specialty providers to ensure timely access.
