Scan.com in the United States is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to represent our subsidiary brands stateside. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless processing of patient cases and maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows.

The role emphasizes offshore teams collaboration, quality checks, and proactive pattern recognition. You will own metrics, help develop processes, and drive AI-driven improvements in a fast-growing healthcare tech company.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance terminology.
• Experience in electronic health/medical record systems.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Assurance Checks
• Pattern Recognition / Discrepancy Flagging
• Offshore leadership
• Relationship building with internal teams and market leads
• Case communications with external partners (law firms, clinics, third-party companies)
• Identify patterns to prevent reactive responses
