Scan.com is building America's national imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers to faster diagnostic imaging. We are seeking a senior operations and integrations leader to drive post-merger integration programs and ensure continued profitability.

You will align Operations, Finance, Commercial, Product and Clinical teams, own P&L and revenue-cycle excellence, and uphold patient-data responsibility and AI governance in fast-paced environments.

Formación

• Proven M&A integration and healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with P&L, revenue cycle, and change management.
• Ability to exercise AI-native judgment with patient-data responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrations through Day 1, 100 days, and handover.
• Align Operations, Finance, Commercial, Product, and Clinical teams.
• Protect service, retention, billing, and margins.
