Job summary

Scan.com in the United States is seeking a Lead, Imaging Operations and Quality to own imaging workflows from acquisition to final report. You will guide the team, establish quality checks, and collaborate with radiology partners.

The role emphasizes handling sensitive patient data with HIPAA compliance, building SOPs, and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes. Remote or hybrid options are available as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations with handling of sensitive data.
• Clinical knowledge of radiology preferred; healthcare background beneficial.
• Detail-critical work with high accuracy; lead by example.
• Experience building SOPs, training, and quality-control processes.
• Comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows while protecting data.
• Strong data manipulation skills using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Direct, clear communication and feedback skills.
• Resilience and bias for action in ambiguity as you scale.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful share of core workload, cross-referencing patient, imaging center, and radiologist data against client data.
• Set and uphold the quality bar for the team’s output with checks and feedback loops.
• Serve as escalation point for imaging center and radiology group issues.
• Build and maintain SOPs and training materials for scalability.
• Identify AI-based automations to improve workflows and data handling.
• Work with sensitive patient data in line with HIPAA requirements.
