We are seeking a leader to head WFM and QA teams, drive capacity modeling, and govern vendor contracts in a flexible remote/hybrid environment across healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership and vendor management in healthcare operations.
• Data-first mindset with experience building AI-native solutions and strong communication.
• Experience in negotiating vendor contracts and SLA governance.
