Responsibilities

• Imports optimal schedules into the systems and assigns employees to locations/shifts to optimize resources.
• Codes absences in scheduling/HR systems and tracks attendance trends.
• Works with supervisors on rotations to minimize overtime and update clients on staffing changes.
• Assists in monitoring patient wait times and adjusts staffing as needed.
