Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Workforce Management Scheduler for Patient Services (Remote). The role schedules staff, coordinates resources, and ensures proper staffing for PSC and IOPs, with a Monday–Friday shift from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM and weekends on a rotation.

Responsibilities include coordinating absences, maintaining accurate schedules in Oracle Scheduling/HR systems, and collaborating with supervisors to minimize overtime. A high school diploma is required, and travel is up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with staffing tools and the MS Office suite is required.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs and manage daily staff absences and float coverage.
• Enter and track attendance in scheduling/HR systems and ensure breaks and trainings are reflected in schedules.
• Collaborate with supervisors on rotations to minimize overtime and communicate changes to clients.
