Qualifications

• 1+ years in healthcare preferred.
• High School Diploma (associates in healthcare preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication including phone and e-mail etiquette.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, medical assistants, and nurses within the organization.
• Answer multi-line phone system and take appointments or direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Check voicemails and return customer calls.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of working areas, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide customer service and apply problem solving skills to client complaints and provide follow up to ensure satisfaction.
