Defy Medical is seeking a Front Desk Associate for our Tampa clinic. You will be the first impression for patients, handling check-in, form completion, and initial orders with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will coordinate with medical staff, protect patient privacy per HIPAA, manage front desk communications by phone and email, assist with orders and paperwork, and help maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a medical setting or clinic.
• Healthcare exposure preferred with understanding of patient flow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at arrival and assist with paperwork.
• Process shipments and manage clinic deliveries.
• Coordinate with staff and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain email and phone communications with patients and team.
• Assist with initial patient orders and documentation.
• Prepare lab orders and appointments for following day.
