Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience or equivalent
• Proficiency with personal computers; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to cover peak times
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment quickly; learn quickly and follow direction

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound/outbound patient, physician, and advocate communications professionally within program guidelines
• Accurately enter eligibility paperwork and maintain documentation of applications, mailers, orders, enrolment forms and new patients
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records of inquiries
• Perform specialized functions for each program with high accuracy; assist supervisors and train others
• Explain enrollment criteria to callers and determine necessary program requirements
• Place outbound calls for clarification on program guidelines
