United Biosource Corporation (UBC) is seeking a customer service professional to handle inbound/outbound inquiries for various pharmaceutical support programs from a remote location in the United States. You will enter eligibility data, maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with program teams to resolve questions efficiently.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service, strong PC skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to cover peak times.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment quickly; learn quickly, maintain accurate information, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound/outbound patient, physician, and advocate communications in a professional manner and within program guidelines.
• Enter eligibility paperwork and information into the system; maintain documentation of applications, mailers, orders, enrolment forms and new patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records of all inquiries.
• Perform specialized functions for each program with high accuracy; assist Lead/supervisor in training others.
• Explain enrollment criteria to callers and other employees; outline necessary requirements for program eligibility.
• Place outbound calls for clarification on program guidelines.
