This role supports the assigned program(s) by delivering consistent customer service to patients and providers, following program guidelines, and coordinating data-related tasks across channels.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency with personal computers including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on complex programs or multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide consistent customer service across assigned programs.
• Follow program guidelines and stay aligned with call scripts.
