Concero is seeking a dedicated Inbound/Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Patient Services team. You will handle a high volume of calls to schedule doctor appointments and update records in our scheduling and CRM systems.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, empathy, and data-entry skills, with healthcare or insurance experience preferred. This remote, full-time role offers weekday hours with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, healthcare/insurance background a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and compassionate patient interaction.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls with accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound calling to schedule doctor appointments.
• Book and confirm appointments with patient availability and doctor schedules.
• Update patient information and appointment details in scheduling/CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment status.
• Adhere to privacy regulations and company policies.
• Report issues or feedback to Call Center Manager to improve processes.
• Maintain and exceed metrics for calls and appointments set.
