Job summary

CommUnityCare is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented patient scheduling specialist to join our remote-centered team. You will schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient information in EPIC EPM, and assist with inbound inquiries while maintaining PHI confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of medical or call-center experience required.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm and ability to handle scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel physician appointments accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient inquiries.
• Enter data into EPIC EPM and maintain confidentiality of PHI.
• Collaborate with clinics and departments to coordinate patient care.
