Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical setting or 1+ year in healthcare call center or 3+ years call center experience.
• Proficient with Windows Office and able to learn specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and meet service level goals.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments per protocols.
• Accurately collect and enter patient demographics and insurance data.
• Use professional communication to assist patients with scheduling needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
