Job summary

Urology Clinics of North Texas is seeking a motivated Contact Center Specialist to support physicians, clinical teams, and patients by ensuring efficient scheduling and exceptional service delivery. The role transitions to fully remote after an 8-week in-person training in Dallas, with mileage reimbursement for long commutes.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, strong typing/data-entry skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to handle high call volumes with accuracy

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of new and established patient appointments in alignment with physician templates and guidelines.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients, physicians, and team members.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed due to provider schedule changes and document updates in the EHR system.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information accurately in the EHR.
• Review patient charts to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately.
• Follow up with patients who missed appointments and assist with rescheduling.
• Adapt quickly to daily schedule changes and operational needs.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned by leadership.
