Urology Clinics of North Texas is seeking a motivated Contact Center Specialist to support physicians, clinical teams, and patients by ensuring efficient scheduling and excellent service. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Initially on-site in Dallas for training, the position transitions to fully remote after completion of the 8-week program. Mileage reimbursement is available for those who reside far from the training site.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent grammar, spelling and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse populations.
• Able to handle high call volumes accurately and professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high volumes of new and established patient appointments.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients, physicians, and staff.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed and update in EHR.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance in the EHR.
• Review patient charts to ensure proper scheduling.
• Follow up with patients who missed appointments and reschedule.
• Adapt to daily schedule changes and operational needs.
• Assist with special projects and duties as assigned by leadership.
