Once you complete the mandatory 8-week training in Dallas, TX, the role will transition to remote work. Candidates should have strong typing abilities and be detail-oriented to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of new and established patient appointments.
• Provide professional, courteous service to patients and team members.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Follow up with patients who missed appointments.
